Trim and Doors

Solid doors were hung on Saturday. We walked the house with the trim man to determine "crown, double crown, wrap, etc" and the crew started trimming that same day. More material was ordered to complete the job.

Cabinets

Cabinets were delivered and set last friday. It was a GOOD FRIDAY!

Moving Along

The house is completely bricked with stone and finishing touches are being made with the metal roof over porch outside of dining room. Inside is fully sheet-rocked and walls have been textured. Wood floor installation will begin this this week. Then the cabinets will be set, stone work inside will be completed, stairs installed and trim work will begin. We hope to see painting begin the first week of May and last 10 days or so. Following painting, ceramic tile walls and floors and granite will be installed. Plumbing, HVAC and Electric will begin around last week of May. House should be done in early June if all goes as planned!

The piles of brick and stone that stood in the front yard begin to change shape as the exterior character of the house starts to unfold. Inside the house, sheetrock work starts this week.

The brick and stone have been delivered and the exterior has been prepped! We should see it on the house in the next few days!
